I decided who I wanted to be; my highest self. I decided what my standards were; my values and what was not acceptable.

It’s why I became an attorney. For over 25 years I negotiated high-stakes deals in New York City owning rooms I wasn’t “supposed” to walk into. Those rooms sharpened my understanding of how identity, language, and psychology determine every outcome.

That’s where The Algorithm of Yes™ was born. My philosophy and frameworks that get you to yes internally and externally.

We might not control the world, but…. Identity creates leverage. Standards remove chaos. Yes moves the world forward. Decisions create freedom.
