I’ve spent over 25 years as a New York City attorney negotiating high-stakes deals where outcomes weren’t theoretical, they were immediate, financial, and consequential.

Much of that work sat at the intersection of business, risk and decision-making, advising not just on the legal exposure, but on positioning, leverage, structure, and consequence.

I wasn’t simply evaluating risk. I was shaping decisions, how they were negotiated, structured, positioned, and lived with afterword.

That’s where I learned:
